Job Description: Production Planning Analyst I - Kansas City, MO

Hallmark Cards has an immediate opening for a Production Planning Analyst at our Kansas City headquarters. The Production Planning Analyst performs analytical support to aid in the creation and delivery of an accurate, capacity-feasible, time-phased production plan to an assigned internal manufacturing facility. To do this, the incumbent must have a strong working knowledge of critical master data elements and their direct impact on the plan and will be expected to become the Production Planning expert for locally relevant master data.  In addition, the analyst will be expected to become highly proficient in SAP Advanced Planning Optimization (APO) and Enterprise Core Component (ECC) for the Production Planning team.  Although this role will have a critical focus on locally relevant data and associated alerts, this incumbent will also have responsibility for planning of pre-mate, one-up materials and unconstrained work centers not requiring advanced planning tools.

This is an exciting role as you would be part of building Hallmark’s technical SAP Advanced Planning and Optimization (APO) and Enterprise Core Component (ECC) subject matter expertise. Collaboration is key in this highly integrated environment.
