Meet Paul Fischer

I am a supply chain professional with a talent for improving processes and designing solutions that have netted over $13 M in savings and double digit increases in customer service metrics during my career. I have accomplished this by educating myself with an MBA and using my diverse and progressive supply chain experience to define the expectations of both internal and external customers and by thoroughly understanding how expectations interact with the entire supply chain and coupled with my ability to communicate with every level of the company – listening is the key– allows me to consistently meet and exceed business goals and objectives. Due to the aforementioned, I naturally gravitate to leadership roles and have always been considered the “go to” person due to my performance under pressure as I have the uncanny gift to maintain a view of the larger picture and don’t react in short term misguided judgments. Playing sports through high school and college, taught me the exceptional value in building and accepting roles on teams that I’ve utilized to create solid, highly functioning units resulting in the companies I’ve worked for becoming market leaders. warehouse management
