Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Description: Scope: This individual
will be a key member of the Supply Chain team. This
individual will lead and coordinate projects and key
tasks with other Supply Chain professionals and leaders
across CSM America. This individual will have visibility
to senior management and will both lead and participate
in cross-functional teams to identify and implement
corporate logistics programs/projects.
Specifically, this position will focus on these
responsibilities:
- Create, generate, and manage national reporting,
analysis, performance management, benchmarking, and
metrics.
- Coordinate and manage key logistical projects
from inception to implementation. Examples include:
Benchmarking Logistical costs and service levels
against industry and/or specific markets. Using
technology and data from supply chain systems to
identify and highlight opportunities for
improvement--partner with BSNA colleagues to
implement solutions to the opportunities.
- Serve as credible leadership and execution
resource for BSNA partners regarding special
projects.
- Coordinate and provide subject matter expertise
to BSNA organization regarding best-in-class
technological solutions, process continuous
improvements, and/or market trends.
- RFP management--for both inbound and outbound
functions.
- Perform additional tasks as required to
accomplish the goals of BSNA Supply Chain.

Desired Skills & Qualifactions: Position
Requirements Education
Bachelor's degree in business (i.e. logistics,
information technology, and/or operations, etc.) or
relevant and/or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
Experience:
- Minimum of three - five years experience in a
supply chain/logistical organization with
demonstrated leadership, experience, and success
regarding supply chain /logistical project
management with a strong penchant and focus related
suppy chain technology and data management.
- Demonstrated expertise in 1) Database and
spreadsheet management, 2) TMS and WMS
management/data mining, 3) KPI development and
management, 4) benchmarking and performance
management, and 5) project management--including
business case development, and RFP creation and
management.
Skills Required
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
skills required.
- Outstanding relevant supply chain technology and
analytical skills required.
- Ability to manage and influence other supply
chain professionals throughout CSM America within a
matrix organizational structure via diplomacy,
collaboration, a strong customer-focus, and a sense
of urgency.
- Ability to perform quantitative analyses to help
evaluate and implement supply chain development
opportunities.
- Ability to conduct best practices gathering in
partnership our operating companies across multiple
managerial levels and multiple functional areas of
responsibility.
- Ability to define and document business
requirements, identify and provide creative and
unique solutions to meet business requirements that
align with overall company strategic objectives that
enhance divisional services across CSM.
- Ability to create and implement procedures that
result in improved operating efficiencies at
individual CSM companies.
- Ability to lead design process and tools
deployment via the development of strategies and
road maps to promote best demonstrated practices,
standardization, integration and implementations of
common solutions to logistical issues, with emphasis
on Financial and Customer Service functions.
- Ability to interface with other groups within
CSM/BSNA and externally to collect and synthesize
data.
- Ability to monitor and report progress on
individual work streams through collaboration in the
implementation of advanced tools, planning systems,
communication, teamwork and transparent reporting.
- Ability to look outside of internal logistical
functions-- through the entire supply chain to
improve supply chain efficiency and effectiveness
that ensures key BSNA key initiatives progress with
a sense of urgency and overall objectives are
achieved.
- Ability to coordinate and prepare materials to
be presented to Senior Management as needed.
