This presentation looks at lessons
learned in Operations and
Supply Chain Management
from the initial
supply chain operations for
Operation Iraqi Freedom.
The goal of this presentation is to provide a new look at some old
problems using the lessons learned in establishing the 4.2 million
square foot distribution center and the
distribution operations in
Kuwait to support all
Armed Forces in the Iraqi
and Afghan theaters. The take aways from this presentation are some
techniques and ideas that are applicable to any operation to improve
customer support and operations leadership.
