Job Title:
Planning/Forecasting Analyst.
Job Description: Analyze processes and propose solutions
to management in the various areas of demand and
inventory planning and supporting systems.

Lenexa, KS
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree is required, with focus
in business, supply chain operations, information
technology, computer science, or statistics.
Experience:
- Minimum three years experience of business
analysis and/or supply chain operations.
- Advanced Excel and Access (or other database tool)
skills required. SQL (or other query language) and/or
Visual Basic a plus.
- Strong analytical, organizational, people and time
management skills.
- APICS certification preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Drive improvements in data extraction, analysis, and
maintenance for various operational and planning
processes.
- Assist in developing and implementing plans with
various associates in Operations, as well as business
stakeholders across the company, focusing on process
changes in the support of continuous improvement
initiatives.
- Monitor, evaluate, and update statistical models and
parameters as needed to ensure statistical models
reflect desired results based on current business
conditions.
- Coordinate metrics and initiative reviews, including
charting the associated progress to goals and
objectives, for multi-site operational areas.
- Translate business needs into requirements
documentation.
- Work without significant direction and perform
additional related duties as assigned.
